How to Book


Choose from our range of unique-handpicked experiences or search based on your destination, hotel-type and availability.


Each property has been personally visited and thoroughly reviewed by our team so that we can offer you authentic information and advice and help select the right holiday for you. For each property you will find high-resolution photographs, a short description, the good and the bad about the property and reviews by authentic travelers.


Each experience on comes with a lowest-price guarantee. If you still feel that the price is not good enough for you or if your preferred room type or hotel is not available, you can give us a call or send us an email and we will try to negotiate a special deal for you.

Once you have booked your stay with us, you will be required to deposit a refundable booking amount which will be equal to 15 - 20% of your total booking amount (Please Note: Paying the deposit amount does not mean that your booking is confirmed.).

Someone from our team will get in touch with you to fetch some details for a more personalized experience and your booking will be confirmed with the next 24 hrs. Once the booking is confirmed, you will be required to pay the remaining amount either online on or at the time of checkin (as per hotel policies). However, if due to some unforeseen circumstances, your booking is not confirmed, the complete deposit will be refunded to you with no extra charges.


If your booking is confirmed you will be sent a confirmation email, and will be required to deposit the remaining amount (everything except the deposit amount). Your booking will be held on temporary basis (as per hotel policies) until you have deposited the complete amount.

At any time, you can login to your account to see the status of your booking and download the required travel documents.


Once your booking is confirmed and you have paid the amount in full, the deposit amount (typically 15% of your total booking amount) will be retained by whereas the remaining amount will be refunded based on the hotels cancellation policy (mentioned at the bottom of each hotel page). In any case, you can contact our representatives and we will try to help you out with the best that we can do.
