At Sukoon Homestay, your day starts with the melodious chirping of birds while the the first rays of the sun fall onto the stone walls and slate roofs of your private cottage. Your breakfast consists of local Kumaoni Cuisine made up of fresh vegetables and fruits grown organically on the extensive organic farms.

The inn breathes tranquillity and offers you the essence of authentic India: her friendliness, hospitality & serenely balanced lifestyle.
The offbeat Kumaoni cottage has a patio, a small garden and a dining area which is common for everyone. We also have a small organic kitchen garden. You may also take a walk around and enjoy the amazing scenery.
Interaction with Guests
We have a caretaker and an in-house chef who will assist with anything you may need. Even if its just a talk about the surrounding area and local culture of the place.
You can go for a nature walk around the property. There are a lot of trails which leads to different locations. Do visit the local village and witness the lifestyle of the Kumaoni people.
To reach Sukoon Homestay, you should take the route via Bhimtal and Dhanachuli to Jalna. Please note that the last 1.5 kms to the property is a dirt road, however if you are used to driving in the mountains, it should not be a hinderance.
Other Things to Note
• The food here is homely. Please do not expect a wide spread in buffet meals and lavish delicacies.
• The Location is a little offbeat. There is a dirt road of 01 KM which takes you to Sukoon. During monsoons, this road is pathetic.
• There is a common washroom for 02 deluxe rooms whereas the family suite has its own private washroom.
• Loud music is not allowed in the property as it is located in the forest area.
• Please do respect the privacy of the Guests living in the other rooms.
